How to apply the Wrist Brace:

  1. Insert your hand into the brace as if you are putting on a glove.
  2. Make sure to put your thumb through the thumb hole.
  3. Secure the three velcro straps to achieve the proper compression level

 

How to clean:

Hand wash your brace in cold water with mild soap. Squeeze out the dirty water and allow your brace to soak. Rinse brace until there is no more soap. Hang the brace to air dry.

How to apply the Elbow Brace:

  1. Insert your arm through the center of brace with the straps on your inner arm and elbow in the designated spot.
  2. Secure velcro straps to the desired tightness level. ( for best performance have someone secure the straps for you)

1. Position the binder behind your back.

4. With your right hand pull the right side of the binder over the left side.

5. Secure the velcro and close the binder at your desired tightness level.

How to measure:

Use a soft measuring tape to measure around the largest circumference in your abdominal/ stomach area.

If your abdominal circumference measures from 24-37 inches order size S/M

If your abdominal circumference measures from 38 - 52 inches order size L/XL

2.Pull elastic bands as image suggests.

3. Position the  silicon pad over your hernia and stick it to the inside of your belt.

4.Overlap the straps and tighten it with the velcro.

How to measure:

How to use the Ergonomic Hernia Belt

How to apply the hernia belt:

1. Position the belt over your abdominal area.

2. Place the pad over the affected area. Attach the compression pad to the inner part of the curved section of the hernia belt, alongside the velcro strip.  Make sure that the raised part of the pad is placed directly against your hernia site or incision wound to prevent discomfort, pain, and protrusion

3. Overlap  the bands and fasten it. Once the curved part of the belt and compression pad rest against the herniated area, using your  right hand overlap the right band over and around your back towards your left side then back around over the curved part of the belt (or towards it) - secure with the Velcro. If the pad isn’t resting against the hernia site, open the belt and readjust

4. Once the pad is in its place and you have secured the belt, simply put on your clothes and go on about your day. You can wear this over a t-shirt or under a shirt.

2.Adjust the under arm adjuster clips to tighten the straps.

3. Close the waist belt around your waist/ stomach. Fasten the belt but do not over tighten.

4.Adjust the other two waist fastener straps to achieve the desired tightness.

You should feel your shoulders gently pulled back. If you experience under arm pinching, slightly loosen the shoulder straps.

This brace is suggested for people with bad posture or hunchback.

How to measure:

Measure around the belly button area with a soft measuring tape to determine your abdominal circumference.

How to apply the plantar fasciitis night splint:

1. Undo Velcro Straps

Loosen up outer top and bottom long straps by undoing velcro and removing both straps out of the hook buckles. Both long straps should be hanging loose.

2.Undo Inner Neoprene Straps

Undo both top and bottom inner straps. Everyday Medical logo on the strap denotes the top of brace that should go around your ankle.

3.Line Up Brace with Foot

Line up brace as depicted in the diagram and bend metal bar with some force so that it is around 90-130 degrees. You will re-adjust this later on.

4.Redo if Necessary

If the metal bars angle is not comfortable or not pulling the toes up enough start again with step #1 and re-adjust the splint angle by bending the metal bar accordingly. Also if needed re-tighten both sets of straps. The goal is for the toes to be pulled up slightly.

 Suggested for men and women struggling with plantar fasciitis or arch pain.
