I have a complete left side inguinal hernia as well as a partial right side inguinal hernia. You could only imagine how I lucked out on such an amazing gift.
If you have a 'umbilical' hernia, this belt will help you immensely. The disc that pushes against the hernia can easily be adjusted when it's on because the velcro is light. On the other hand, adjusting the belt so it's as tight as it needs to be is a snap because the velcro on that part of it is heavy. I'm also impressed with the fact that it's wide enough so it doesn't roll up. All those things are great, but the best part? It's actually comfortable! My only concern with summer coming up? Is the breathability, but you're not going to get a perfect situation without surgery. This is as close as you're going to find.
This wrap really helped. It applies perfect pressure and is an added bonus is that is adds some support to my lower back. Tackles two problems of mine!
It's not at all complicated to use. I would recommend you all to get this product. It has excellent compression for hernias. I will buy it again.
I am SO so glad I did. I've worn it for a week, every day all day. Except for sleeping of course. I have no more discomfort, my hips feel secure & stable now. It actually does prevent me from doing certain movements that will cause pain & prevent my healing further. It's comfortable and my shirts easily hides it. I haven't been able to attend bootcamp yet but next week I can and I look forward to wearing the belt then as well. It stays in place. Easy to put on. Has a "New" smell when taken out of the package but disapates the next day or 2. I have already recommended it to 3 people I know.

What kinds of products do you offer?
Everyday Medical sells medical‑grade support braces, belts and binders for hernia support, post‑surgical recovery, back and core support, joint stabilization and foot/ankle comfort. The designs are discreet, adjustable and breathable for everyday wear.
Do you carry braces for specific conditions?
Yes. You can shop by condition—umbilical or inguinal hernias, postpartum recovery, rib and spine support, sacroiliac (SI) joint pain, plantar fasciitis, cubital tunnel syndrome and more. Each collection focuses on targeted relief for a particular type of injury or condition.
Do you offer plus‑size options?
Many of our braces come in standard and plus‑size ranges. For example, we have plus‑size hernia belts and abdominal binders designed for waists up to 57 inches. Always check the size chart and measure your waist or hip before purchasing.
How does sizing work?
Measure around the area that the brace will cover (e.g., your waist for a hernia belt or hips for an SI brace) and use the size chart on the product page. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
What materials are used?
Everyday Medical braces are made from soft, breathable blends (cotton, spandex or neoprene) with hook‑and‑loop closures. They’re latex‑free and designed for skin comfort.
Do you offer free shipping?
We provide free Standard Shipping within the U.S. via USPS 1st Class. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days , and faster priority shipping is available for an extra fee.
How long do orders take to arrive?
Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–5 business days after processing. Priority shipping (1–3 days) is also available.
What is your return policy?
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Returns must be authorized through customer service and you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refunds exclude shipping charges.
