We offer a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee on our orthopedic products simply contact us to start a return or exchange.
-You have 5 days from receipt date to carefully inspect your item for any defects.
a) Must be within the 30 days window from purchase date
b) Orthopedics must be in good condition with original packaging included.
c) Face Masks are personal hygiene items, therefore are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless sealed and unopened.
d) RMA number must be issued by us
To start a return and obtain a RMA number just simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get your return or exchange going.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
-Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded. Face Masks are considered final sales due to them being personal hygiene items. They can be returned only if sealed and unopened.
In the rare occurrence you received a defective item OR need to exchange for another style send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a RMA number so we can start the exchange.
We will send you all pertinent shipping info when contacting us to obtain an RMA number and initiate a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held liable for carrier errors.
It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with carrier for lost or damaged packages to us.
