What does tennis elbow feel like?

A gradual increase of pain in the exterior of the elbow is the starting point of tennis elbow. When someone exerts pressure on the area, it will be painful. When bending the wrist or gripping something, the projection of the bone on the exterior will hurt.

The pain may gradually move up or down along the exterior of the forearm. The wrist may feel weak, and because of this, you may not be able to do any activity that needs your hand strength.
