Disorders caused in the elbow are a result of overstressing or injuries. These can be prevented by the following methods:
- If you have been practicing improper sports techniques, correct them
- Always use a proper-sized grip on your sports equipment
- Exert the right amount of tension on racquets
- Always warm up before the game and stretch well
- Use elbow padding
If you have to do tasks repetitively, then take little breaks in between. Exercise to strengthen the elbow joint muscles. Ask your doctor for suggestions and recommendations.
